Standard rate is shipped with the carrier Blazing Basin Supply determines to be the best for your order. Shipping for standard shipping is usually through UPS. However, we cannot guarantee UPS shipping for your order.
Express rates are typically shipped UPS 2nd Day Air. However, a different carrier or service may be used if Blazing Basin Supply determines this is the best shipping method for your order. Express shipping is based on the next business day for Blazing Basin Supply. Shipping / delivery times do not include days Blazing Basin Supply is closed for holidays, weekends, natural events and days our carriers are closed.
Overnight rates are typically shipped UPS Next Day Air Saver. However, a different carrier or service may be used if Blazing Basin Supply determines this is the best shipping method for your order. Next day shipping is based on the next business day for Blazing Basin Supply. Handling Policies
Most orders are shipped within 1 -2 business days after payment has cleared.
Taxes
Orders shipped to Washington State will be charged taxes. Washington State taxes are charged at a rate of 8.8%.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Do not send any product back to BlazingBasinSupply.com until you have contacted Blazing Basin Supply for an RMA (return merchandise authorization), or until you have been given other instructions by BlazingBasinSupply.com. Promotional items may need to be returned with your return order: This is at the sole discretion of BlazingBasinSupply.com
Defective Products:
All defective products will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. (Defective products may need to be handled directly by the manufacturer.) Please contact us for instructions.
Returned Products (Not Defective):
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us for an RMA (return merchandise authorization), before returning the product to us. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. Please insure the package for its full retail value. We will not be responsible for damage during shipping. All returns must be in re-sellable condition. Products must be received by BlazingBasinSupply.com within 30 days from the purchase date.
We will not accept products purchased from other web sites. We are a reseller for all products on this site. We do not have an affiliation to these companies beyond being a reseller for their products. If you have purchased a product from a different web site or retail location, do not return it to us. If you return a product to us by mistake, you will be responsible for return shipping, insurance, and handling.
